ASP > Programs Enhancements
ASP is constantly looking for ways to enhance your shop and add value to our membership program. This year we have added several new ASP/elements to assist you in presenting a professional image and increasing sales resulting in increased market share and profits. All of the following programs are included in your ASP membership.
Customer Satisfaction Program
A non-confrontational way to determine from your customers what you are doing right and areas that need improvements. These mirror hang tags are pre-addressed, postage paid reply cards. The cards are mailed to the national headquarters and the information is entered into a database. Shops have the ability to generate a report to see their customer’s comments. Each customer is mailed a Thank You letter along with a $10 mail-in coupon to use with their next service. 100 cards are provided in your initial kit, additional cards can be purchased from you servicing store.
Customer Pledge Plaque
A 10” x 13” plaque personalized with the shop name and year they joined the ASP program. Perfect for the customer waiting area to emphasize the shop’s commitment to customer service.

Worry Free Guarantee The parts you install are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, no matter where your customers travel takes them. The Guarantee is supported with an 800# for locating a shop. A self inking stamp with the following message can be purchased from your servicing store:

Communication Posters
These posters communicate simple messages: They have a right to choose who works on their vehicle, that your shop works on all makes/models, and explain the different systems of the vehicle along with the recommended maintenance intervals.

ASE Test Reimbursement
Receive $25 for each certification earned by your technicians. Requires participation in e-Tech On-line Career Development and the successful completion of the on-line assessments.
Customer Service Record Envelopes Provide your customer with a convenient place to keep up with service receipts, warranty and other valuable vehicle documents. Envelopes are 4 ½” x 10” , have the 800# locator number and have an area for shops to stamp their name, address, etc. 50 envelopes are provided in your initial kit, additional envelopes can be purchased from you servicing store. |

Internet Locator Service
All ASP locations will be listed on the world wide web for easy access by consumers. If you have a web page, you can link from the locator direct to your page.
Consumer Promotions
Every ASP will enjoy the benefit of (3) 60-day sales and profit enhancing, product specific, service promotions throughout the year. Through these unique product specific specials, ASPs can offer their customers mail-in rebate coupons for having specific work performed on their vehicles. These product promotions will give each ASP a big advantage in the marketplace by offering consumers large $$ savings on neglected maintenance services. ASP Headquarters along with our vendor partners fund the rebate so there is no cost to the ASP. Each POS kit contains:

- Wall/Window Poster
- Mail-in Rebate Coupons
- Ad Slick
- Assorted Vendor Materials
Each promotion also offers special discount/savings on future repair work. Customers who mail in a rebate coupon will receive (2) $10 coupons along with their rebate check. One $10 coupon (Bounce Back) is for them to use toward future services. The other $10 coupon (Referral) is designed for them to give to a friend or family member to generate new business for the shop. Both the Bounce Back and Referral coupons are honored and paid by ASP Headquarters.

CustomerLink Retention Program – is designed to increase customer loyalty, improve workflow and drive more profitable services back into the shop. CustomerLink Mailing Program – is designed to increase new car count by bringing in the right type of new customers through demographically targeted direct mail flyers. The product specials listed in the flyer are selected by the shop, giving you the ability to promote services you want to promote at prices you determine locally. It is recommended that shops do four mailings a year to realize the most impact, but a minimum of two mailings a year.


Oil Change Sticker Printer – improve the professionalism of your shop with personalized static-cling service reminders. Your shop name and telephone number printed on each sticker.
Cintas Uniform National Pricing Program – project a professional image to your customers while realizing the savings by being part of the ASP program.
North American Warranty – provide your customers with a 12 month, 12,000 mile parts and labor warranty on most repairs performed by your shop. Supported with a Toll-Free number and over 25,000 shops nationally.
